If You Want an Easy Way to Lose Weight Try the Diet Solution Program
One of the relative newcomers on the market meeting the diet and weight loss needs of the world’s population is The Diet Solution program by Isabel de los Rios. Isabel lost weight herself using this program, based on her knowledge as a certified nutritionist. She debunks many of the so-far popular theories on how to lose weight.
For example, she does not believe in counting calories or restricting your calorie intake, saying that this has the opposite effect to the desired one and actually makes your body hold onto its fat instead of losing it. She also promotes eating as much as you like – as long as it is the right kind of food for your body type and metabolism.
Another contradiction of hers is that you have to eat fat to lose fat. But again it has to be from the group of good fats which actually assist in increasing the metabolic process of burning off fat. So if you like the sound of this way of eating to lose weight, why not try it?
